按F2能进Windows界面的话，说明BIOS电池没电了，要换一块了。不能进，说明就是系统文件被破坏了，要修复或者直接重做系统。

我按照版主的方法：参照主板手册进入BIOS主菜单，把软驱选项改成：Disabled选项，调好系统日期，时间。
退出BIOS，以后就一直正常了！谢谢大家！
